Kelvin Tang has over 20 years of experience in accounting, corporate governance, and financial management. His career spans roles as a practicing accountant, company secretary, and Regional Financial Controller for an international fashion brand.
As the founder of his own consultancy since 2010, Kelvin provides tailored financial solutions and strategic guidanceto help businesses optimize processes and performance. His deep exposure in the FMCG industry across Southeast Asia has equipped him with unique insights into corporate finance and regulatory challenges.
Kelvin is also a Registered Tax Agent with the Royal Malaysian Customs Department (RMCD) and an active member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, reflecting his commitment to professional integrity and compliance. His ability to blend technical expertise with practical financial strategies makes him a highly respected trainer and consultant in the field.
Jes Ong
Jes Ong is a DISC Certified Behavioral Coach and Consultant (Institute of Motivational Living, US) and an International Accredited Training Specialist (SMR-HR & HRDC). With over 10 years of experience, she has worked across Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Europe, delivering impactful soft-skill and transformation trainings.
Her specialties include leadership, communication, change management, sales & marketing, customer service, team building retreats, and cultural transformation projects. Known for her high-energy style, Jes blends behavioral insights with experiential activities to shift mindsets and drive results. She lives by the principle “Dare to Be Different” to create lasting impact.
Dr. Wan Su Emi Yusnita
Dr. Wan Su Emi Yusnita is a Senior Lecturer at Universiti Pertahanan Nasional Malaysia (UPNM), a certified HRDF trainer, and an accomplished researcher in computer science and cybersecurity. She holds a PhD in Computer Science (UPNM), a Master’s in Educational Technology (UPM), and a Bachelor in Software Engineering (UPM).
With more than 15 years of academic and training experience, she has conducted numerous workshops in leadership, decision-making, problem solving, SOP development, and IT-related programs. Dr. Wan Su Emi has also led research grants, published extensively in SCOPUS-indexed journals, and served as an evaluator for the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA).
Her ability to bridge technical expertise with leadership development makes her a sought-after trainer for both corporate and academic settings.
Yap Min Hui
Yap Min Hui is an HRDC Certified Trainer with a Bachelor’s Degree in TESL from Universiti Putra Malaysia. With over a decade of experience spanning sales, project management, and training, she has held key roles including Sales Director, Sales Manager, and Account Manager.
She has successfully conducted programs in sales training, negotiation, customer service, business etiquette, team building, and high-impact presentations, working with organizations such as BMW Group, Munchy’s, Hauslife Furniture, and Transmarco Group. Min Hui combines her corporate expertise with engaging training methods to help professionals enhance both skills and confidence.
